Fintel maintains its own ElasticSearch repository of SEC filings. These documents are indexed in real time as they are submitted to the SEC. The Fintel research platform allows users to perform full text searches on this database.
The Document Search API provides programmatic full-text search capability via an API, allowing programmatic full-text search capabilities to organizations without the need to download and maintain a copy of the entire SEC document database.
